Exchange & Return Policy

Eligibility for Exchange:
Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Condition of Item: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
Product Availability: Exchange is contingent upon the availability of the desired size or variant. If the requested size or variant is not in stock, an exchange cannot be processed.
Cancellation and Refund:
Cancellation: Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide online store credit for future purchases.
Online Store Credit:
Issuance: Online store credit will be issued in the form of a unique voucher
code.
Transferability: The voucher code is non-transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser.
Validity: Online store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Exchange Procedure:
Initiation: To initiate an exchange, contact our Customer Service team at info.oddmood@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Information Required: Provide your order number, details of the item for exchange, and the desired size or variant.
Availability Check: Our Customer Service team will check the availability and guide you through the exchange process.
Return Shipment: Once approved, return the item, including the original packaging.
Dispatch of Exchanged Product: Upon receiving the returned item, we will dispatch the exchanged product if available. If the desired size or variant is out of stock, we will notify you and provide online store credit.
Exceptions:
Promotional Events: Items purchased during promotional events or sales are not eligible for exchange.
Customized Items: Customized or personalized items cannot be exchanged.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
Reporting: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact our Customer Service team within 3 days of receiving the order.
Resolution: We will arrange for the return of the item and send a replacement or issue online store credit upon verification.
